1、2017秋季学期将于2017年12月29日结束。2018年春季学期学习期限为2018年3月1日至6月29日，报到时间为2018年3月1日、2日。国际学生必须在学校规定的时间内来校报到。由于每学期学生人数多、课容量有限，国际学生可提前来校报到、缴费，最晚不能超过新学期开学的第一天（即2018年3月6日），否则将导致无法正常入学，并影响签证办理，所有后果自负。
*根据广州市最新的出入境政策，学习汉语言进修超过两年的国际学生不得再以语言进修生的身份在穗学习，且无法继续延长学习居留许可。此类学生可提前向办公室咨询报读学历事宜，或考虑转学。
1、2017 autumn semester ends on December 29,2017 and 2018 springsemester starts from March 1, 2018 to June 29, 2018. International students shouldregister on March 1 and March 2, 2018. Considering the fact on the registrationdays there will be many students and our class capacity is quite limit,international students may come to university ahead of time to finish the registrationand pay the tuition.Please arrive atuniversity and make registration no later than March 6, 2018 in case ofinsufficient processing time for visas.Students should bearall consequences caused by late registration.
* According to the latest policies of Guangzhou Immigration office,the students under non-degree Chinese language courses for over two yearscannot continue his/her study in Guangzhou as a language student anymore. Suchstudents may consult IIE office for admission to degree courses in advance, or considertransferring to another school.
2、已通过高中毕业并已通过HSK5级的国际学生可报读汉语言（商务汉语）、汉语言（国际物流）本科专业；已高中毕业并通过HSK4级的国际学生可报读汉语言本科二年级；已高中毕业但尚未通过HSK考试的国际学生可报读汉语言本科一年级。有意愿报名的同学，请于2017年12月29日前登录学院官方网站 https://gdufs.17gz.org/ 完成网上报名，详情请到留学生院办公室咨询。
2、In 2018 spring semester, it is available forinternational students who have senior high school diploma and have passed HSK level 5 test to apply for undergraduate degreeprogram Chinese (Business Chinese) or Chinese (International Logistics) program;those who with senior high school diploma and HSK 4 could apply for Chinese bachelor program which starts from the second year and those who withsenior high school diploma but haven’t passed HSK examination yet could applyfor Chinese bachelor program which starts from the first year. Anyone whointends to get enrolled please sign into the IIE's official website at https://gdufs.17gz.org/ before December 29, 2017 to submit online application.Fordetails please contact with IIE office.
3、持学习居留许可的在读老生，必须提前最少1周到留学生院办公室办理相关延签手续，如：签证有效期至2017年9月15日的，则9月8日前必须办好相关手续，否则所有后果自负。
3、For keep-on-studyingstudents holding the Residence Permit (Student Visa)must come to IIE office to finish the visa extension proceduresat least one week before the expiration date, for example, anyone whose visa expiring on September 15 should cometo us before September 8.Students should bear all consequences caused by late application.
4、持X2签证的在读老生、或是持非学习类签证入境的新生，请提前做好身体检查。例如，现持签证有效期至2017年9月15日的，请最少提前30天（即是8月15日左右）完成身体检查。学生前来办公室报到、缴费时请一并出具身体检查报告，否则将不能完成注册、入学程序，并会影响签证办理，所有后果自负。
4、For keep-on-studying students holding the X2 visa and the new students who hold the non-study-classvisa, please finish physical examination in advance. For example, anyone whose visa expiring on September 15 should have physical examination done before August 15, that is,at least 30 days in advance.Remember to show your physical examination report to us when you come to our office for registration and pay tuition. Otherwise, registration and admission procedures will not be completed, and visa problem may occur. Students should bear all consequences caused by the late submission.
