Arrangements for 2010 summer vacation courses
2010年外国留学生暑假班于7月16日报到，7月19日正式上课。现将有关安排说明如下：
As the 2010 summer vacation courses will start from Jul.17th, 2010, and students should sign up on Jul.19th, 2010, we would like to inform you about the detailed sign up arrangements.
一、报名
1．到204室填写报名表，出示护照、签证复印件和照片3张。
2．直接在204办公室刷卡交费（必须是银联卡）；或是由204室工作人员开出学费缴费，学生持缴费单到中国银行（校正门口）二楼6号窗口缴交学费和报名费。
3．需要兑换人民币，可持护照及护照复印件到3号窗办理。
4．将银行交费的回单交回204室工作人员，开具学校的发票。(非常重要，该步骤证明该生已交费)
ⅠEnrollment
1. Fill in the registration form as requested in Room 204 and submit 3 photos and photocopies of your passport and visa.
2. Pay the tuition fees by credit card (Union Pay only) in Room 204; or take the demand note about the tuition fees from Room 204 and then pay due tuition fees and registration fees as requested at NO.6 windowon the second floor ofBank of China next to the main gate.
3. You may change for some RMB at the 3rd window if necessary.
4. Return the receipt note to the working staff in Room 204 and then take the invoice from the university.(very important)
二、入学测试和分班
1．7月16日周五在302室、303室进行汉语水平测试。
2．7月17日公布分班名单。根据分班结果查看课程表和上课地点，并到一楼文印中心购买教材。
3．7月19日周一上午8：30正式上课。
Ⅱ. Language test and class grouping
1. The language tests will be held in Room 302 and 303 on Jul.16th.
2.The class grouping lists will be announced on Jul.17thand students are required to check their own course list and classrooms and purchase their textbooks at the book store on the first floor.
3. Classes begin at 8:30a.m on Jul.19th.
三、上课和“汉语角系列”活动安排
1．周一至周五 每天上午8：30－11：30 4节汉语课
2．下午可自由选择参加“汉语角系列活动”，包括：武术、中国书法、剪纸，中国歌曲、中国影视作品欣赏等。欲参加者可到202室报名登记。具体内容以课程表为准。
3．安排1－2次游览考察学习活动。具体内容以通知为准。
ⅢArrangements for language courses and “Chinese-corner series activities”
1. Language courses: 8:30a.m-11:30a.m. , from Monday to Friday
2. “Chinese-corner series activities”: Wushu, Calligraphy, Chinese paper-cut, Chinese songs, Chinese movie and etc. Students who are interested in these activities please sign up at Room 202.
3. We will have some visits and travels one or two times per month, the detailed arrangements will be announced by then..
四、生活安排
1．住宿：持留学生院204室开具的介绍信到留学生公寓登记住宿，双人房，每人每天50元。
2．就餐：留学生在校内饭堂就餐，需办理“临时一卡通”。留学生可在204室吴嘉懿老师处登记购买，每张100元，其中可消费70元，工本费30元。之后学生自行到第二教学教1楼一卡通中心充值。可于5个月内到办理退卡退费手续。
IVLiving Arrangements
1. Accommodation: Please check in at the receptionist of dormitory buildings with the invitation letter from Administrative Office (Room 204), which will offer our international students discounted rent for the room (double room: 50 RMB /person /day)
2. Diet: The canteens and restaurants on campus only accept canteen card for payment. Students who would like to have an IC card should fill in a register form at Ms. Wu’s (Natasha) in Room 204 and pay 100 RMB —— 30 RMB is the cost of the card and 70 RMB will be in the balance. Students could recharge the card at the card center on the first floor of No.2 Teaching building. The canteen card can refund within 5 months.
五、暑假班结束后，如欲继续秋季班学习的，请到204室咨询及报名。
