接教外厅【2017】56号文，我院即日起不再接受持非学习类短期签证的外国人入学，只接收持有驻外签证机关签发的学习类签证（X1字、X2字签证）或公安机关签发的居留证件学生报名。

According to the notice issued by Ministry of Education and Ministryof Foreign Affairs, from today on, our Institute no longer acceptsnon-study-visa applicants and this new change doesn’t apply to the applicantsholding study visas (X1 visa and X2 visa)issued by visa-granting offices outside Mainland China orResidence Permits issued by public security offices inside Mainland China.
